At a House Hearing, a Focus on Argentine Bonds

The House Financial Services Subcommittee on Capital Markets is scheduled to hold a hearing later on Thursday on what it has titled “The Need to Protect Investors From the Government.” I’ve been called to testify about the Argentine debt litigation and, you guessed it, the General Motors and Chrysler bankruptcy cases.
